Project Milestone

The research notes assistant is complete. Your repository should now contain:

• notes_assistant/ unchanged from Module 10: store.py, llm.py, config.py, server.py (with auth), host.py (with pinning), auth.py, pinning.py.
• examples/m11_cli.py, m11_dev_token.py, m11_scripted_model.py, m11_eval_real.py, m11_validation.py, m11_loop_limits.py, m11_measure.py, m11_print_breaks_stdio.py, m11_lab.py.
• tests/test_capstone.py with 16 passing tests, alongside the earlier modules' tests, and pytest.ini so pytest runs from the root.
• README.md, docs/WHAT_BROKE.md, and a .gitignore that keeps .pins/ and demo-notes/ out of version control.

Check it with three commands: pytest -q (all green), python examples/m11_lab.py (10/10), and python examples/m11_cli.py "your own question" with your provider set. Then tag the commit (for example v1.0.0) and write down the SDK version it was tested with, mcp==2.2.0; that pair is what you will compare against when the next specification revision lands.
