The situation

Sol 440 at Aurora Station. Maya Lindqvist, the Station Systems Lead, wants every maintenance log turned into a log card: person, system, place and outcome. Her bar: all four fields exactly right on at least 90% of CARD_EVAL, and general validation loss no more than 0.02 worse than base. Tariq Haddad adds that every log sent to a hosted model uses the narrow relay to Earth.

Before training anything, you write the job down, audit the data, write the evaluation and measure base. The running example is log 5190, the first pair in CARD_EVAL.
