The situation

Module 6 ended with a decision: BrightCart will prompt a hosted model before it retrieves or fine-tunes anything. This module builds the answer engine that does it, and this lesson lays its first brick.

Priya hands you the most common ticket in the queue: "I was charged twice for one order." She wants a reply that follows the help-centre article, promises no money the company has not agreed to, and comes out the same way every time. You will answer that one ticket, badly and then well, and keep everything that made it good: the roles, the layout, the examples, the version number and the test.
