The situation
On Friday 9 October 2026 Ellie Shaw asks whether her repeated E7 fault is covered. Hollin Answers rewrites her message, searches, reranks and answers. Owen Fletcher, the Finance Manager, asks one question before the November pilot: "What does that answer cost, and what will a month of them cost?"
