The situation
Week 9 at Northdesk. The Cases agent will call four MCP servers, hris, assets, tickets and access, for three tenants today and more next year. Gareth asks: does every client connect to every server, or does one gateway sit between them? Who is paged when hris breaks? How does a Tallis run never touch Oriel's records? What happens when a server changes, and what does each tool cost per call?
The running example is Cases task C007: t-tallis-u014 at Tallis Retail Group writes "My laptop screen is cracked, please arrange a replacement." The agent needs hris, assets and tickets.
