What you need first
- Module 13, or at least its lab (the Module 14 lab rebuilds earlier modules' files if missing).
- Module 1 lesson 2 (statelessness), Module 3 lessons 1 and 3 (peak RPS, index sizing, re-embedding cost), Module 6 lessons 1 and 3 (embeddings, the score floor, the alias swap), Module 7 lessons 3 and 4 (parallelism, model change management).
- For the incident file: Module 2 lesson 3 (residency) and Module 10 lesson 4 (managed regions).
- Python functions and dictionaries. No key: nothing calls a hosted model; Lesson 2 downloads two embedding models from Hugging Face.
