Module 17 · Lesson 1 · About 45 minutes · Needs: Module 5, Lesson 2 (workflows versus agents) and Module 13 (trials and pass^k)

The situation

It is Monday 20 July 2026, week 15. The returns desk agent has worked the whole returns queue for two weeks. Three messages arrive before ten o'clock.

Priya: "It works. Can it take warranty claims next, and then all customer email?" Marta: "The board meets on Thursday. Give me one sentence on how well it works." Dev forwards a model provider's release notes: "New model, higher agent benchmark scores. Switch?"

None of these is a coding task. Each is a judgement you can answer with numbers you already have: the test queue, R-1001 to R-1010, and your Module 13 trials.

MONDAY 20 JULY, THREE ASKS Priya warranty, then email scope Marta one sentence for board limits Dev new model: switch? release notes each answered with numbers you already have
Three asks arrive on one Monday, and each is a judgement about scope, limits or a claim, not a coding task (blue: your system and its decisions).
