It is Tuesday 21 April 2026, week 2. The first request in yesterday's test queue is R-1001: Aisha Rahman wants to return the RoboSweep X2 robot vacuum, order 5521, unused and delivered 18 days ago.
So far the model has only talked. Now it must read the order, check the window, create the return and ask for the refund, through Dev's systems. Dev asks first: what exactly will the model see, and what happens when it sends something wrong? This lesson answers both, tracing Aisha's request.
