It is Thursday 6 August 2026, week 17. At two o'clock you present the one-month review to Priya and Marta. Marta wants numbers she can repeat to the board. Priya wants to know what broke. Dev asks a third question: can the repository go public, so other teams can reuse the eval harness?
That is three artefacts: a write-up, a README and a demo. This lesson builds all three from the run record your eval gate already saves, so every number can be traced and nothing good is said without the bad beside it.
