What you need first

• Module 1: the returns_desk/ package and tests with pytest.
• Module 3: the eight tools in returns_desk/tools.py, TOOL_DEFS and call.
• Module 5: the agent loop.
• Module 8 helps: scoping what a run may read to one customer.
• Embeddings, at the level of the AI Engineering course, help but are not required. Basic SQL.
