The situation
It is Tuesday 2 June 2026, week 8, and shadow mode has started. Priya wants a brief before the desk opens: "Which requests are routine, which need a person, how much money moves?" Dev wants to split the agent: "Triage, returns, cancellations, all at once." Sam asks which of them can move money.
The module lab ends with a written decision on splitting. This lesson builds each shape on the 20 April queue, following R-1001 (Aisha's robot vacuum, order 5521, $129.00) and its twin R-1006.
