The situation
Thursday 21 May 2026, week 6, the morning after the first unattended run in staging. Priya opens the trail for R-1001: Aisha Rahman returning her RoboSweep X2 robot vacuum (order 5521, $129.00). The return and label are right. The email is wrong: it says her refund "has been issued". It has not. Above $100 it waits for Marta, and a return is paid only when the parcel is back.
