The situation

It is Tuesday 2 June 2026, week 8. Shadow mode started yesterday. Dev sketches a new design on the whiteboard: "One agent per job, like the support team. An investigator reads the order, a refunder moves money, an emailer writes to the customer."

Marta asks what three agents cost. Sam asks which one reads the customer's message. Priya asks: "Will it get Aisha's return right?"

You answer all three with R-1001: Aisha Rahman returning the RoboSweep X2 robot vacuum, order 5521, $129.00, 18 days after delivery. Its refund is above $100, so it waits for Marta. The answer goes in docs/multi-agent-decision.md.
