The situation

It is Wednesday 27 May 2026, week 7, the day of the staging replay. R-1005 is Tom Becker asking where his TV is: order 7003 has shipped, and the tracking page has not moved in four days. BrightCart's courier, Parcelway (made up for the course), has a business tracking portal but no API. (ParcelTrack, the third-party server Sam rejected in Module 4, is gone.) Priya asks: "Can the agent not just log in and look, like my team does?" Sam asks where the password will live, and what happens when a page tells the agent to type it somewhere else. This lesson answers both.
