Lesson 2: Put the right help articles in front of the model

The situation

It is Monday 13 July 2026, week 7. Maya wants drafted replies that quote the help centre, not the model's memory. Ana Duarte's ticket T-1001 is the test case: she was charged 288 USD twice and wants the duplicate back. The answer, including "5 to 10 working days", is in one article, billing-refunds.

Joel's one-cent cap rules out pasting all twelve articles into every call. You need a retriever that picks a few, a way to measure it, and decisions on how many to send, in what order, and who fetches them.

The rest of this course is yours to keep

This course is bought on its own, once, and stays readable afterwards, including the parts added to it later.
