The situation

It is Monday 17 August 2026, week 12. The Quillpath mobile app now lets customers record a voice message, and Ana Duarte uses it at once. Her message repeats T-1001: "My card was charged 288 dollars twice on the first of June. The invoice ends in 4512." She also attaches a 20-second screen recording of her billing page.

Maya asks whether the assistant can triage these, and whether she can trust what it hears. Joel asks whether it still fits the one-cent cap. The audio and the recording are generated in code: simulated.

T-1001, MONDAY 17 AUGUST 2026 Ana Duarte voice, 8.2 s triage step reads text only nothing to read no words yet first the sound must become text you can check
Ana's voice message reaches a triage step that only reads text (blue: your system; red: the failure).
