The situation

It is Thursday 16 July 2026, week 7. Ana Duarte writes again, in a new ticket, T-1041: has the refund for the double charge come through? And from now on, could replies come as numbered steps she can forward to her designers?

The model saw none of her closed T-1001 thread, so the draft greets her like a stranger. Maya wants the assistant to remember what customers tell it. Anika asks who decides what is remembered, and how a customer sees or deletes it. This lesson builds supportdesk/memory.py to answer both.
