The situation
It is Monday 17 August 2026, week 12, and customers now attach files. Ana Duarte writes again about T-1001, the duplicate charge, and attaches invoice INV-2026-004512 twice: the PDF Quillpath emailed her, and a printed copy her bookkeeper scanned.
Maya wants the assistant to read attachments. Joel adds a condition: no number read from a file may move money unless it matches the billing record. This lesson builds the reader, and a way to score it field by field.
