What you are building

harbourline-claims 12 weeks of work PORTFOLIO wont-build.md 4 dated rules decisions/ 3 records post-mortem.md 52% vs 70% patterns.md 3 cards public/ scan: clean README.md front page
The lab turns the repository into six files a stranger can read: four records you keep (blue) and two pieces that pass checks before anyone outside sees them (green).

Friday 25 September 2026. Carol's plan is due today, and with it the engagement closes for good: the assistant belongs to Harbourline, Mei owns it, and your next customer starts soon. This lab is the course's last piece of the repository. You turn twelve weeks of harbourline-claims into something you can show.

Six files, each with a check in plain Python: a dated won't-build list, three decision records for Carol's asks, a blameless post-mortem, a pattern library, a public write-up with no identifying details, and a README that leads a stranger through it all. There is no model call. Everything at Harbourline is simulated, and so is everything in these files.

The rest of this course is yours to keep

This course is bought on its own, once, and stays readable afterwards, including the parts added to it later.
