The situation

Tuesday 21 April 2026, week 6. The change request for the pilot goes to Viktor on Thursday. He stops you in the corridor: "Before it goes in, I want every system your tool touches, who owns each one, and what happens to it if your tool misbehaves."

You answer by tracing one exception: HF-88207, the bent desk frames for Atlas Office Furniture, declared value £6,500. Dev owns it, Tom must approve any payment, and it touches eight systems that you did not build and do not own.

One exception, HF-88207 (blue, your tool's view), draws on eight systems Harbourline already runs; none was built by you and none is yours to change.
