The situation

Wednesday 8 July 2026, two days after the one-month check. Three messages arrive. Carol's office asks for "one page on what we got for the money" for the board on 17 September. Ben writes: "Great result! Can we publish a case study, and pitch them automatic customer replies next quarter?" Nadia asks why the deployment took more days than planned, and whether the subscription will renew on 27 February 2027.

WEDNESDAY 8 JULY 2026 Carol a page for the board Ben case study and a new pitch Nadia extra days and the renewal One-month check, 6 July 52% within 2 days, 7 of 9 clerks
Three people ask for three different things, and all three answers come from the one set of one-month numbers (blue: your measured facts).

The facts are the ones Module 11 measured: 52% of exceptions resolved within 2 working days, up from 18%, against a 70% target; 7 of 9 clerks using the assistant every week; wrongly paid claims not rising. All are simulated. This lesson turns them into four honest answers.
