The situation
Monday 16 March 2026, your first morning at Harbourline Freight. You shadow Joan Petrov as she works one late delivery: the consignment number from an email, the dates from the TMS screen, the customer from the CRM, the notes from exceptions_master.xlsx, the credit on a calculator. Three windows and a sticky note for one answer.
Rafael Dias asks when he will see something. You say: "Wednesday. Small, on sample data, and it will show whether I understood what Joan just did." This lesson is how you keep that promise.
