What you are building

Module 8 adds a freight glossary and a schema that models exceptions as Harbourline does. The lessons read one row and one email at a time. This lab joins what you learned into one domain pack: a glossary checked against its sources, a schema keyed on account codes, the claims policy as a function, the rules nobody wrote down, a log of where the sources disagree, and a gate on every sentence that reaches a customer.

It is Wednesday 20 May 2026, week 10. Rafael leaves on Friday, and some rules leave with him unless you write them down today. You run the pack over the five rows of Joan's spreadsheet. Everything at Harbourline is simulated.
