The lab runs one week through the whole loop (blue, your normal path), and one check at the end says whether the pack is ready (green, passed).

Friday 8 May 2026 to Friday 22 May, weeks 8 to 10 at Harbourline Freight, all simulated. Rafael tells you he is leaving. Four days later a message from St Mary's about HF-91318 sits in the routine queue, and the hospital waits until Thursday for a reply. The lessons practised each skill on its own. This lab runs the whole communication loop over one hard week: listen and play back, write the facts down once, write one note per reader, prepare the conversation, and keep every promise in a log. You finish with a communication pack: six pieces of text and one check that says which of them are ready to send.
