The situation
Monday 20 April 2026, week 6. Access was approved on Friday, two weeks late. The pilot starts on Wednesday 6 May with Joan, Dev and Priti, and they will use release 0.4.0 of claims-api.
Viktor Hale's reply to "can we deploy?" is four lines. The VM has no route out except the proxy. Send every host, port and reason. Log in through the jump host. Production changes go to the Tuesday change board, with a rollback plan.
This lesson follows release 0.4.0 through each gate.
