The situation

Friday 15 May 2026, week 9 at Harbourline Freight. On Tuesday a message from St Mary's about HF-91318, a late delivery, went to the pilot's routine queue. The hospital waited until Thursday for a reply. No payment was due, but Joan's same-day rule for the hospital never fired.

The same week, Rafael announced he is leaving; his last day is Friday 22 May. Single sign-on finished on 30 April, later than planned, and that slip still belongs in every update. Over the next week you will write about one incident eight times, for different readers. This lesson is how.

WEEKS 7 TO 10 30 Apr sign-on done 6 May pilot starts 8 May Rafael to leave 12 May HF-91318 routed 14 May reply sent 22 May Rafael's last day
Weeks 7 to 10 hold a late sign-on, a pilot start, a departure and a two-day wait for a hospital (red marks failure, amber marks risk): each one needs something written.
