The situation
Monday 27 April 2026, week 7. The pilot starts on Wednesday 6 May with Joan, Dev and Priti. On Thursday you give two demos of the claims triage assistant. At 10:00, thirty minutes at the claims desk with the three clerks. At 15:00, a ten-minute slot in Carol's operations review, with Rafael, Tom and Viktor in the room.
